Scope, complexity, and timeline are the three levers. Here's how each one moves the price.
Number of features
Every additional module (loyalty points, multi-vendor, analytics dashboard, booking calendar) adds development time. Scoping calls identify what's essential vs. nice-to-have.
Third-party integrations
Connecting to external APIs — shipping providers, accounting software, SMS gateways, or government portals — requires additional build time and testing cycles.
Design complexity
Using your existing brand kit and a standard component library is faster than custom illustrations, animations, or 3D elements. Custom design adds 20–40% to frontend time.
Timeline urgency
Rush projects require parallel tracks and senior attention. We'll say if a deadline is realistic — we won't promise and then miss.
Ongoing maintenance
Monthly retainers are separate from the build cost. If you need SLAs, priority support, or frequent updates, this is a standing agreement billed monthly.
Hosting costs
Server hosting is billed directly to your cloud account — we don't mark it up. A typical Pakistani business runs fine on a $12–$24/mo DigitalOcean or Hetzner droplet.
How payment works
We split every project into milestones — you never pay for work you haven't seen.
Confirms scope and secures your slot in the schedule. Paid before any code is written.
Paid when core functionality is demonstrated — usually at the 50% build mark.
Paid on deployment and sign-off. Triggers handover of all credentials and source code.
Bank transfer only — PKR local transfer for domestic clients, USD wire for international.
