CCMS is a purpose-built web application for a Pakistan-based car carrier transporter moving vehicles between cities for individual owners, dealerships, and corporate fleets. It covers the complete business workflow: booking intake, carrier and vehicle assignment, bilty (consignment note) generation, dispatch tracking, delivery confirmation, invoice creation, payment collection, and double-entry accounting.
Built on Laravel 13, Inertia.js v3, Vue 3, and PostgreSQL with a multi-team architecture, allowing a single installation to serve multiple branches or franchises with isolated data, users, and roles.

Booking Management
Create, update, and track every vehicle booking — consignor, consignee, origin, destination, vehicle details, freight amount, and expected delivery date — all in one structured record.
Bilty Generation
Generate branded PDF consignment notes (bilties) directly from a booking with one click. Every bilty is stored and retrievable — built with DomPDF and Blade templates.
Dispatch Board
Assign carriers, vehicles, and drivers to bookings. Track dispatch status in real time — who is carrying what, from where, to where, and current status.
Carrier & Fleet Registry
A full registry of carriers, their vehicles, and drivers — including vehicle types, registration numbers, and driver licence details — linked directly to dispatch records.
Invoicing & Payments
Generate itemised client invoices from delivered bookings, record partial or full payments, and track outstanding balances per client with a full ledger view.
Double-Entry Accounting
Every financial event generates double-entry journal entries automatically. Chart of accounts, trial balance, and full transaction history included.
Role-Based Access Control
45+ granular permissions across all modules via Spatie Laravel Permission. Assign any combination to custom roles — dispatcher, accounts, operations manager.
Reports & CSV Export
Booking reports with status breakdown, top routes, monthly trends, and freight totals. All exportable to CSV for external use.
Status Notifications
Automated email notifications when a booking is dispatched, in transit, or delivered — keeping consignees informed at every stage without manual follow-up.
